Real World Example – Publicity Driven Through Social Media Social media platforms help B2Bs and B2Cs interact with its customers and build relationships around its brand or services. Attempting to drive location traffic and increase sales, Coffee Groundz in Houston opened a Twitter account for casual use. After receiving a pre-order to-go Tweet request, the business’s owner took advantage of the customer-generated idea. The idea took off! The owner began publicizing this new on-the-run convenience to help set it apart from the competition.
