Co-founder of Coalesce, Michelle provides enthusiastic, knowledgeable strategic counsel and support to clients. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing communications, public relations, market research, government affairs and event planning.

Before starting Coalesce with Lisa, Michelle served as counselor, senior associate and director of marketing strategy at other marketing and public relations agencies in Wisconsin. She has provided top-caliber service to multinational corporate clients such as Monsanto Company, Altria Group (formerly the Philip Morris family of companies), Kraft Foods Inc. and SCA Tissue North America. She is also well versed in the biotechnology, professional services and agriculture-related industries.

A true product of “America’s Dairyland,” Michelle grew up on a family dairy farm near Monroe, Wis. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she earned her bachelor and master degrees in life sciences communications.

Michelle also brings a global perspective to Coalesce. She is a graduate of the Institut International d’Etudes Francaises in Strasbourg, France. An avid world traveler, she has visited 22 countries to date, with destinations as varied as Australia, the Czech Republic and Brazil.
